You may cancel your booking at any time in writing by emailing support@dubaiairporttransfer24.com. Cancellation charges may apply. Supplier cancellation policy can be found in the 'Terms and Conditions' section of our website.
Please note: It is possible to log in and amend or cancel your booking online. Cancellations may be made right up until the day of the transfer, dependent on location. If cancelled online more than 24 hours before the booked outbound transfer date and time, there will be a €10.00 administration charge (or €5.00 per booking leg), and the rest of the value of the booking will be refunded to you if already paid.
If cancelled online within 24 hours of the booked outbound transfer date and time (including 'no show' bookings), your booking will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Any amendments need to be made three days or more prior to travel.
Once your booking is confirmed, the price paid will include either a one-way transfer or a return transfer, depending on your booking preferences. A return ticket covers both the arrival and departure journeys for the selected route. Our shared shuttle services are priced per passenger, while private vehicles like taxis and minibuses are priced per vehicle.
The total price paid is all-inclusive and covers all gratuities and tolls, eliminating the need for any additional tipping to your driver.

Dubai Airport Transfer 24 is an online booking agent, so once you have completed your booking, the details are sent electronically to one of the local suppliers in your destination. The contract is then between yourself and the supplier. The supplier then verifies the details on the booking, and if all the information is accurate, the transfer will be provided in compliance with our Terms and Conditions. Our booking voucher is generated and emailed to you once you have completed your reservation. It is your responsibility to carry the booking voucher with you on the day of travel, either in printed form or on your mobile device. Failure to possess a copy of your voucher during your journey may lead to the local supplier declining to provide service.
The booking voucher contains the passenger's primary name, the pricing information, and the route details from the initial pickup location to the final destination. Additionally, it includes arrival and departure instructions, along with contact information for the local supplier.
Private transfers: Our team at Dubai Airport Transfer 24 will make every effort to provide you with a seamless door-to-door service. In certain situations, local regulations may prevent us from offering this service, in which case our drivers will ensure your drop-off and pick-up at the nearest accessible location. It's important to keep in mind that we do not assume responsibility for transporting luggage during the transfer.
Shared shuttle transfers: At Dubai Airport Transfer 24, we strive to offer a door-to-door service for shared shuttle transfers whenever possible. However, local restrictions may occasionally prevent us from doing so, and in such cases, our drivers will arrange for drop-off and pick-up at the nearest accessible location. Please be aware that we do not provide shared shuttle transfers to private addresses, villas, timeshare apartments, rural hotels, or campsites. Nevertheless, our suppliers can conveniently drop you off at a nearby hotel if needed; kindly specify this as your destination when making your booking.

Instructions for finding your transport may vary depending on the country you are in. Clear instructions are included on the booking voucher, which is generated electronically at the time of booking. It is essential that you carry the booking voucher with you, as this is crucial for meeting the supplier representative or driver. Dubai Airport Transfer 24 cannot be held responsible for any unsuccessful transfers resulting from the absence of the booking voucher.
If, for any reason, you are unable to locate the supplier representative or driver, please call the supplier's telephone number provided on your booking voucher.
Please be aware that no refunds will be issued in any situation where you cannot demonstrate that you made efforts to contact the supplier.
Don't worry, as we provide a 60-minute wait time for your convenience. Delays can occur unexpectedly, and here at Dubai Airport Transfer 24, we understand this. Our drivers diligently track your train or flight using the information you provide during the booking process. This allows our drivers to adjust the pickup time accordingly. In the rare event that your pickup is significantly delayed, and our driver is unable to wait, we will promptly contact you and offer an alternative solution. After you have booked a ride with Dubai Airport Transfer 24, the credit card is charged within 24 or 48 hours. Once the ride has been booked, we reserve the funds on your credit card with a pre-authorization. However, if you wish to cancel a ride without any cost charged, then authorization will get reversed automatically, and the credit card will not be charged.
Our pricing for Dubai Airport Transfer 24 includes all taxes, gratuities, and fees, and it is determined based on the type of vehicle.
